Requirements
The following will be required to process a return request:
Manufacturing Defects - We take full responsibility. If your products are flawed in any way due to manufacturing defects, we will replace them at no charge.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions
Returns will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, bespoke products, and gifts with purchase are all ineligible for returns.
Not legible complaints regarding illegibility are not accepted. We paint our signs with reflective paint which means increased legibility. We always recommend adding Solar Lights under your sign. If your landscaping is very colorful then we recommend adding something white behind the sign.
Return Window
Window length: 30 days
Window start date: The returns window starts as of the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping label cost responsibility party: Modernist Metal
Refund Initiation: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund transaction.
Holding Customer Funds:
Customer funds will be held temporarily until we can confirm the receipt of the returned items and verify that they meet the refund eligibility criteria. Holding customer funds helps us prevent fraudulent or unauthorized returns and ensures a fair and secure return process
