Our products are made to be 100% Rust-Proof. If your decor experiences any rusting, please contact us with pictures to prove the rusting and we will replace it for you, on us.

What do I do if my decor is rusting?

Our metal-printed products ship from our warehouse in the USA! Other products might ship separately

What is your shipping policy?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. However, we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Modernist Metal offer international shipping?

We powder-coat our products with the same color treatment that luxury car manufacturers use to protect their vehicles. This translucent coating protects the signs from the elements and prevents rusting.

Do the signs require any type of maintenance?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to submit a return request. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Eligible Returns: Manufacturing Defects, Product Rusting, Shipping/Carrier Issues.
Not eligible for refund or exchange:
Wrong Address, Unclaimed, Returned by Customer, Size Issue: Minimal differences in size (1 or 2 inches) & Discount Credit.
